Asbury, NJ The Musconetcong Watershed

Association (MWA) is excited to introduce a new way for adults to enjoy the summertime. This unique approach to summer camp for adults will feature everything adults miss about childhood camps including hiking, arts and crafts, campfire, scavenger hunts, playing in the river and more.

"Our camps are designed for everyone from the busy adult to retired people looking for something different to do," said Tish Lascelle, MWA Board President.

June programs are coming up quickly and feature a 'camp' on nature photography and an interactive hike at MWA's Education Trail.

The complete calendar of events includes:

June 14 - I Spy with My Camera Eye...

June 22 - The Birds and the Bees for Adults

July 11 - Farmer for a Day

July 13 - Huck Finn for a Day

July 20 - Where the Wild Things Are

July 27 - Geocaching

August 6 - Watercolor the Watershed!

September 14 - The Occasional Nature Warrior

Most programs are $45 and take place at MWA's River Resource Center, 10 Maple Avenue, Asbury, NJ 08802 (unless otherwise noted). Proceeds from the adult camp program benefit MWA's conservation work in the watershed. To register, please call (908) 537-7060.
