Native Planting Opportunities at the River Resource Center
The MWA welcomes volunteers who would be willing to assist with our native plantings at the River Resource Center and nearby riparian sites. No experience is necessary, and all ages are welcome to work with our plantings. Please contact info@musconetcong.org or cmacgonagle@yahoo.com if you would be interested in helping out sometime!

Weeding and mulching in the native plant beds around the RRC

Watering planters and newly planted shrubs and perennials

Guiding climbing vines on the RRC wall and under the deck

Cleaning and refilling hummingbird feeders

Beaver-proofing young trees with wire and stakes

Planting plugs in the meadow

Removing invasives and planting seedlings on the slope by the RRC

Repairing plant labels and marking plants in the beds
