Native Gardening

Native plants, like perennials, trees, and shrubs, provide a great benefit to river front properties and communities. Native gardens act as buffers to keep the river cool and filter unwanted particles from increasing stormwater.

To get started with your native garden in spring 2025, consider supporting the MWA's native plant sale! Plants are available for preorder now!
