Bowers Brook Clean-up: National Day of Service (Hackettstown)

Join us as we honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day and participate in this National Day of Service with a clean-up along Bowers Brook, a tributary to the Musconetcong River.  We'll be meeting at 1p.m. in the parking lot behind Trinity United Methodist Church, located at 213 Main St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.  This was the site of our clean-up last January, but unfortunately, there is again a lot of trash that we want to remove from our beautiful watershed.

We'll be providing gloves and bags, so you just need to come dressed for the weather.  Also, we will be cleaning up along the streambank, so try to wear sturdy boots—or waders if you have them!  You can sign up with Peace NJ's signup form or email Ryan Jiorle, Community Engagement Manager, at ryan@musconetcong.org.
